Pravila otkazivanja ovise o charter operateru i bit će vam opisana u Općim uvjetima najma za vašu konkretnu rezervaciju.

Sigurnosna kaucija € 3.500 – plaća se kreditnom karticom ili gotovinom prilikom prijave. Sigurnosna kaucija se u cijelosti vraća nakon odjave, te ako nema oštećenja na jahti.

Dozvole

Prema najnovijim smjernicama grčkih lučkih vlasti, za samostalno upravljanje plovilom u Grčkoj, skiper mora imati jednu od sljedećih dozvola (ili ekvivalent) kao minimum, prema zakonu:

  • ICC Sail Certification
  • RYA Coastal Skipper Practical Course Certification
  • ASA 104 Bareboat Cruising Certification

Ako skiper nema nijednu od gore navedenih dozvola, neće mu biti omogućen najam plovila u Grčkoj

Skiperi koji posjeduju RYA Day Skipper moraju zatražiti ICC sail certification i imati prije početka plovidbe. U svakom drugom slučaju neće imati mogućnost plovidbe u Grčkoj. Zatraži ICC.

"Co-skipper" ne mora imati dozvolu, ali mora biti osoba starija od 18 godina i odgovarajuće iskustvo da pomogne skiperu ako je potrebno.
